They're building their marketing function from the ground up and want it done properly: content-led, data-driven, and built to scale. The team is small, fast-moving, and values initiative over hand-holding.

The Opportunity:By 90 days you'll own a live, multi-platform content engine, early paid campaigns generating real lead flow, and CRM nurture sequences running in the background. You're building the marketing function, not maintaining someone else's, with a clear path toward leading a small team.

Responsibilities:Cut long-form recordings into platform-ready short-form video at volume, and maintain a growing asset library in Google DrivePlan, schedule, and publish daily organic content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedInBuild and iterate landing pages targeting different audience pain points, working from a reusable templateStand up and run paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, managing creative variants and optimising as organic output buildsOwn two CRM nurture threads — new lead acquisition and existing client upsell — across email, SMS, and social touchpointsBuild and present weekly performance reports covering content, lead generation, funnel activity, and ad performance, flagging issues and opportunities before you're asked.
