Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers and Salespersons. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to maximize productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate industry regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. At least has an experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Required Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience in the real estate industry.
