Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers and Salespersons. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to maximize productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate industry regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. At least five (3 to 5) years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Valid PRC Real Estate Broker License or DHSUD Salesperson Accreditation is required. Required Skills Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
