Job Summary The Rental Sales Agent is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rentals, providing exceptional service, and driving sales of rental products and services. This role involves engaging with customers, identifying their needs, promoting suitable rental options, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. Responsibilities ➣ Customer Service Greet customers professionally and assist them in selecting the appropriate vehicle for their needs. Explain rental terms, conditions, and pricing structures clearly and accurately. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reservations efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction. ➣ Sales & Revenue Promote and upsell additional services, products, and upgrades to maximize revenue.

Meet or exceed sales targets for rentals, insurance, and other add-on services. ➣ Operations Complete rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is captured. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and in compliance with company policies. Verify customer credentials, such as driver’s licenses, credit cards, and identification, to ensure compliance with rental

requirements. Maintain accurate records of reservations, transactions, and customer interactions. Assist in inventory control by keeping track of vehicle availability and usage. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling transactions.
