About the Role:Location: Ermita, ManilaRole Type: Full-time OnsiteDepartment: Corporate Planning, Assurance and Governance (CPAG)Reporting to: CPAG DirectorWork Schedule: 5-day work week The QMS Specialist supports the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System by conducting audits, managing document control activities, coordinating corrective actions, supporting external audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and related standards.

ISO 9001:2015 ManagementConduct Internal Quality Audits (IQAs) as Lead Auditor, including audit preparation, fieldwork related to audit, reporting, and closureParticipate in auditor training and calibration activitiesValidate and coordinate corrective actions to ensure effective closurePrepare inputs and documentation for Management Review Meetings (MRM)Business Continuity Planning (BCP)Maintain, update, and control BCP documentationSupport BCP testing activities and documentation requirementsDTI-BPS (PNS ISO/IEC 17025) SupportLead external audit support activitiesServe as Lead Auditor during pre-audit assessmentsDocument Control & Compliance (DCC)Serve as the Main DCC person-in-chargeMaintain, update and control the corporate-wide policy/document portalManage document revisions, change control, and version managementEnsure proper archiving and disposal of obsolete or superseded documentsRisk ManagementValidate ISO-related risk criteria and controls reflected in the Risk RegisterCoordinate with process owners to ensure risks are properly documented and updatedPolicy AwarenessExecute policy cascades and awareness activitiesManage policy registration, tracking, and documentation Job
