Project Coordinator

COM PH CORP in Davao Philippines. The Project Coordinator at Cubework is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role plays a critical part in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal departments.

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement to support Cubework’s operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completionDefine project scope, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, IT, and clients) to ensure alignmentMonitor project progress and ensure deadlines are metIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesManage stakeholder communication and provide regular updatesEnsure project documentation and reporting are accurate and up to dateOversee resource allocation and optimize team productivityDrive process improvements and efficiency within project workflowsEnsure projects meet quality standards and client expectations Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fieldProven experience handling cross-functional projectsStrong knowledge of project management tools and methodologiesAt least 3–5 years of experience in project management or operations management Preferred RequirementsExperience in logistics, BPO, or corporate operations is an advantageAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
