requirements when needed. Role Overview This role supports Korp’s incorporation, corporate secretarial, and ongoing compliance services by executing registrations through standardized workflows and platform tools, while also supporting non-standard or custom

requirements when a case falls outside the default process. This role requires someone comfortable working within a system — and knowing when to adapt, escalate, or coordinate for exceptions.

Responsibilities 1. Platform-Driven Incorporation & RegistrationExecute incorporations and registrations using Korp’s standard templates, checklists, and workflows. Prepare documents for SEC, BIR, LGU, and other government agencies. Ensure cases follow the defined process and meet platform quality standards. 2.

Handling Custom & Non-Standard CasesSupport registrations with special conditions (foreign entities, special licenses, unusual structures, client-specific constraints). Identify when a request falls outside standard workflows and coordinate with Compliance/Ops for the correct approach. Assist in documenting exceptions so they can later be standardized where possible. 3.

Corporate Secretarial & Ongoing ComplianceAssist in preparing recurring compliance documents (GIS, board resolutions, secretary’s certificates, affidavits). Maintain accurate corporate records and compliance trackers. Support post-incorporation changes and renewals 4. Filing, Follow-Ups & CoordinationCoordinate submissions with government agencies and accredited partners. Track application status and follow up on pending or delayed filings.

Escalate issues early when timelines or

requirements change. 5. Process Improvement & Knowledge CaptureFollow existing SOPs and contribute feedback to improve them. Help refine templates, checklists, and internal guides based on real cases. Flag recurring “custom” requests that could be converted into standard flows. 6. Client & Internal SupportAnswer client questions related to

requirements, documents, and timelines. Work closely with other departments to keep cases moving smoothly.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or corporate compliance role. Familiarity with SEC, BIR, and LGU processes is a strong advantage. Comfortable using digital tools and internal systems.
