You will support the team through document preparation and review, legal record management, and coordination with business units on legal and administrative matters. What should you expect: Legal Research & DocumentationAssist in conducting legal research, preparing case summaries, and due diligence to support legal opinions and business decisions. Prepare, organize, review, and file legal documents, contracts, and regulatory submissions.

Support the Legal Team in drafting correspondence, reports, and other legal and administrative documents. Compliance & Legal OperationsGain exposure to corporate housekeeping, regulatory compliance, and contract management. Coordinate with various business units on legal documentation and day-to-day legal matters under the guidance of the Legal Team. Help maintain document trackers, monitoring systems, and records for legal transactions and special projects.

Learning & Professional DevelopmentDevelop practical knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strengthen legal writing, research, communication, and organizational skills through hands-on experience. Work alongside experienced legal professionals and gain valuable insights into in-house legal practice and corporate governance. Job

Qualifications:Preferably pursuing a degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Paralegal Studies, Juris Doctor, or any other related course. Must be a 3rd or 4th year student;Open for Voluntary or Required Internship.
