Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations through policy administration, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination. This role ensures operational efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and service excellence while driving continuous improvements across business processes.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Minim um 2–5 years of experience in operations, insurance administration, business support, or a similar operational role. Experience working within the insurance, financial services, or multinational corporate environment is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools. Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management, reporting, and documentation. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across various business functions. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach and willingness to support process improvement initiatives.

Key

Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end policy administration, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy registration within agreed turnaround times. Maintain accurate policy, customer, and operational data across relevant business and financial systems. Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Teams, and external partners to ensure operational

requirements are effectively implemented and supported. Prepare, analyze, and distribute standard and ad hoc operational reports, providing insights on trends, risks, and performance metrics. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Review existing operational processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased efficiency.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues, data discrepancies, and service-related concerns. Ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements, internal policies, audit standards, and operational controls. Develop, maintain, and regularly update process documentation, work instructions, and workflow maps in designated process management systems. Support operational projects and initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Continuity Planning (BCP) testing, new product implementation, and other transformation activities.
