Digital Marketing Associate

in Makati Philippines. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation. The ideal candidate has a background in graphic design, can create engaging visual content, and is willing to learn digital advertising and marketing strategies.

Key

Responsibilities: Create engaging graphics, promotional materials, social media posts, banners, and short-form videos or reels. Develop creative content and captions for social media platforms. Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Assist in monitoring ad performance, leads, engagement, and other marketing metrics. Conduct basic audience, competitor, and market research.

Help identify opportunities to improve marketing content and campaign performance. Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across digital platforms. Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns. Prepare basic reports on social media engagement and campaign results.

Qualifications: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience or a strong portfolio in graphic design and visual content creation is required. Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar software. Basic video editing skills for reels and other short-form content are an advantage. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is preferred.
