Location:Makati CityWork Setup:Fully Onsite | Dayshift | Monday - FridayEmployment Type:Contractual (12 months)Job Summary:The Insurance Account Officer (Renewals) will look after high-value clients and help keep them with the company by giving them personal, attentive support whenever their policies come up for renewal. The accounts you'll handle cover life, personal accident, HMO, medical, and travel insurance.

Responsibilities:Renewal ManagementHandle renewals for assigned private client accounts across life, personal accident, HMO, medical, and travel insuranceTrack upcoming renewal dates and reach out to clients well ahead of timeReview policy details,

benefits, and any changes at renewal, and explain them clearly to clientsPresent renewal options and help clients choose coverage that fits their needsMake sure renewals are processed accurately and before policies lapseClient Relationship & RetentionBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clientsGive personalized assistance that helps clients understand their coverage, limits, and exclusionsRespond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionallySpot clients who may be at risk of leaving and take proactive steps to keep themCheck in with clients regularly, not just when a renewal is dueCoordination & DocumentationWork with insurers and internal teams to process renewals and related requests on timePrepare quotations, renewal notices, and supporting documents as neededKeep complete, accurate, and up-to-date records of client accounts and renewal activityReport on renewal status, retention results, and account issuesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in any of the following or a related field: Business Administration (Marketing, Management, or Operations Management), Marketing or Communication, Healthcare or Hospital Administration, Nursing or other allied health programsExperience in medical insurance, HMO, healthcare, or related accounts is preferredStrong knowledge of medical insurance terms, including

benefits, limits, exclusions, and deductiblesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong client relationship management skillsOrganized and able to manage many accounts and renewal deadlines at onceComfortable using MS Office and handling client records #J-18808-Ljbffr.
