About the role The Marketing Admin Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Marketing team. The role involves communicating professionally with clients, preparing sales presentations and promotional materials using Canva or similar design tools, assisting with sales documentation, and coordinating sales activities to support the company's business development and marketing initiatives.

The position requires a combination of administrative skills, creativity, client communication, and organizational abilities to help promote the company's products and services effectively.

Key

responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team in daily operations Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, product presentations, sales reports, and other sales-related documents Maintain and organize client information, sales records, product files, and other relevant documentation Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely preparation of sales documents and fulfillment of client

requirements Monitor pending sales inquiries, client requests, and assigned administrative tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone calls, messaging applications, and other communication channels Respond to product inquiries and coordinate client requests, follow-ups, and other sales-related concerns Prepare sales presentations, company profiles, product presentations, and promotional materials using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar applications Create and edit product advertisements, promotional designs, marketing materials, and other visual content for sales and marketing activities Assist in coordinating sales and marketing activities to support business development initiatives About you Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or any related course Good verbal and written communication skills Able to communicate professionally and confidently with clients Proficient in Canva for creating presentations, promotional designs, and marketing materials Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks Able to prepare clear, professional, and visually appealing client presentations Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills Willing to learn about the company's electrical products and services Experience in sales administration, marketing support, graphic design, or customer service is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr.
