Roles &

Responsibilities Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Take ownership of end to end recruitment delivery processCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Track, measure and achieve defined metrics specific to TAIdentify improvements to processes for optimal service delivery. Increase recruitment efficiency.

Meet SLAs as per TATBuild and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Engage in talent mapping and succession planning to address future staffing needsCompliance to SLAs and meet quality targetsOn time and accurate tracking and publishing of key HR metricsCompile and analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior managementExperienced in managing clients, teams and hiring Vendors for bulk /mass hiringResponsible for managing recruitment drives independentlyStrong negotiation and strategic thinking skillsAbility to think innovatively for strategies to address open positions Preferred Educational

Qualifications Bachelors degree Preferred Work ExperienceStakeholder & Vendor Management4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent. Competencies & SkillsAbility to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunitiesAbility to align recruitment strategies with the organization's long-term goals.

Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven decisions. Manage multiple tasks, candidates, and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
