Responsibilities Attend to all secretarial, personal administrative and research support duties in a confidential manner. Prepare minutes of meetings and other secretarial tasks, including quotation comparison, market research, market studies, and consolidation of work. Monitor deliverables and ensure all HODs provide timely updates to the Directors. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

Organise the Director’s travel plans and itinerary, including necessary bookings. Perform comparable duties consistent with the position level as required by the Director, including responding positively to “call‑in” work and working additional hours when needed. Supervise and verify the Driver’s overtime and prepare and submit claims for the Director. Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and assignments given by the Director. Job

Requirements Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required. Graduating interns are welcome, with potential for long‑term employment upon successful completion. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Assertive personality with good English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Professional presence and well‑groomed appearance, suitable for representing the Director in high‑level meetings. High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong active listening skills. Ability to work independently with confidence while maintaining attention to detail. Flexible and committed, with a willingness to work extended hours when required. Willing to travel extensively as part of the role. Must attach a recent professional photo with the application.
