responsibilities will include:Collaborate with cross-functional teams distributed globally, including Product Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers, to define project milestones and deliverables. Engage closely with the HR and Recruitment teams to attract, onboard, scale, and retain exceptional engineering talent.

Have experience managing teams working at scale with on prem and/or cloud technologiesIdentify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging standards and best practices, to maintain high-quality software development.

Monitor and analyze AWS usage, working with senior management and engineer teams to provide recommendations for cost savings. What You’ll Bring:Strong communication skills with experience in effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Successful track record of project leadership, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects with predictability.

Strong technical background in software engineering, with hands-on experience in designing and developing backend services at scale within AWS. Experience in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing talent development. Experience in establishing and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes to maintain high-quality software development.

The base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $144,000 base +

benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related
