About the Role We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across large-scale SAP programs, with a strong focus on test automation using Tricentis Tosca. This role will drive the planning, governance, and execution of testing activities across complex SAP landscapes, ensuring high-quality delivery across System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, regression, and cutover phases.

You will play a pivotal role in embedding automation-first testing practices, leveraging Tricentis to improve efficiency, coverage, and repeatability, while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Responsibilities Own and lead end-to-end test strategy and execution across SAP programs, including SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover testingDefine and implement automation-first testing approaches, using Tricentis Tosca to drive increased test coverage, efficiency, and qualityDevelop and manage comprehensive test plans, including scope, schedules, entry/exit criteria, environments, and resourcing modelsLead and coordinate cross-functional testing teams, including business users, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendorsEnsure alignment between project plans, testing milestones, and delivery timelines, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and issuesEstablish and maintain testing governance frameworks, including defect management, reporting, RAID management, and quality metricsCollaborate with Project Managers and Solution Leads to support overall delivery, scope control, and stakeholder engagementFacilitate workshops to define test scope, scenarios, and business acceptance criteriaDrive adoption and optimisation of Tricentis-based automation frameworks within SAP environmentsOversee cutover readiness activities, including mock cutovers, automated regression cycles, data validation, and go-live readiness assessmentsProvide clear and confident communication to senior stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategiesChampion continuous improvement by uplifting testing standards, automation capability, tools, and delivery practices across the organisation Your
