This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 5 - 12 LPA)Experience: 4+ yrsLocation: Gurgaon, DelhiJob Type: full-timeWe are looking for a skilled Passive Network Engineer to handle passive networking infrastructure, execute end-to-end projects, and represent in client-facing meetings and technical discussions.

RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and execute passive networking infrastructure projects (structured cabling, fiber optics, patch panels, racks & enclosures)Carry out site surveys and prepare passive network layouts and BOQsOversee installation of Cat6/Cat6A/fiber cabling, terminations, and testingCoordinate and manage end-to-end project execution — timelines, vendors, and on-site teamsAttend client meetings and handle technical discussions related to passive infrastructurePrepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and handover documentationRequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in passive networking and infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of structured cabling systems — copper (Cat6/6A) and fiber (OM3/OM4/OS2)Hands-on experience with cable testing tools (Fluke, JDSU or equivalent)Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients and vendorsGood communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactionsFamiliarity with standards: TIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801, BICSI guidelinesMust-have skillsFibre optics, structured cabling, PassiveGood-to-have skillsFluke Testing, Site Survey, Patch.
