e. Cisco Routers, Cisco Traditional/Meraki Switches and Nexus Switches. Develop and monitor policies for the use of network resources. Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades. Monitor the network to ensure optimal performance. Test release of products to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility. Create technical support documentation for Network Devices.

Should have troubleshooting and configuration knowledge of Velo/Versa SD-WANShould have troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco ISE & DNAC solutions. Should have troubleshooting and basic operational knowledge of Cisco ACI. Should have troubleshooting and Operational knowledge of Nexus 7k/9k. Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise-level WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts. e. Cisco Wireless Controllers 2500/4500/5500/9000 Models. Management of Cisco Meraki AP’sRecommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Research and recommend approaches for Network administration tasks. Analyze and monitor Network security and implement patches and fixes to address potential security holes.

Document incidents, track resolutions, and provide detailed reports to senior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex network problems. Assist in the implementation of network changes and updates under supervision. This job role requires candidates to monitor the network. The team works on a 24x7 basis and on call support during the weekends. Team members are required to work rotational shifts including night shift.
