About the Role: The Inbound Customer Service Agent acts as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, providing timely, professional, and effective support via phone and research. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account statuses. Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate complex cases to relevant departments. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM or call tracking systems. Demonstrate empathy and professionalism during all customer interactions. Meet performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

Stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and customer service protocols. Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiative s.

Qualifications:Experienced: 12 + 3 years of education (Any Graduate)Freshers: (Arts only; Engineering not eligib le) Required Skills:Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is desirable. Proficient communication skills in the relevant language(s) of the customer base. Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM systems. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Strong problem-solving and time management ski lls.
