In-depth knowledge of land laws, property tenures, ownership, acquisition, development rules, and Well‑versed in stamp duty, registration, and adjudication process. Experience drafting pleadings, statutory notices, replies, petitions, and complaints.

Familiar with High Court procedures; capable of briefing solicitors/senior counsel and appearing before judicial/quasi‑judicial bodiesExcellent English, with strong drafting and negotiation skillsThe Successful ApplicantA degree in Law or equivalent qualification. Experience in handling legal matters related to the Property and Building & Construction industry. Strong knowledge of property laws and compliance
