Learning Experience Designer (LXD) | Leadership Development & Professional Skills | Onsite, Noida or Pune | Open to India-based candidates onlyEmployment type: Full-time employee roleWork model: This is a fully onsite position based in either our Noida or Pune officeWe're seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer with 8+ years of instructional design experience and a proven track record designing leadership development, communication, coaching, emotional intelligence, people management, and other behavior-focused learning programs.

This is not a generalist instructional design role. We're looking for someone who has significant experience designing leadership and professional skills learning solutions across ILT, vILT, and blended learning environments.

What You'll DoDesign leadership, professional skills, and organizational effectiveness learning programsCreate facilitator guides, participant materials, storyboards, and learning assetsDesign engaging ILT and vILT experiences, including activities, simulations, role-plays, and breakout exercisesDevelop blended learning solutions that combine live learning with digital learning assetsBuild eLearning modules and supporting resources using tools such as Storyline, Rise, and VyondPartner with SMEs, stakeholders, and Learning Experience Architects to create impactful learning experiencesIncorporate feedback, maintain quality standards, and manage multiple deliverables What We're Looking For8+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience5+ years designing leadership development, professional skills, organizational development, or behavioral learning programsStrong experience designing ILT, vILT, and blended learning solutionsExperience creating facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and detailed storyboardsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsTechnical SkillsArticulate Storyline and RiseZoom, MS Teams, Webex, or Adobe ConnectMiro, Mentimeter, Kahoot, or similar engagement toolsFamiliarity with AI-enabled content development toolsPreferred ExperienceExperience designing programs focused on:Leadership DevelopmentCoaching & FeedbackCommunication & InfluenceEmotional IntelligencePeople ManagementTeam EffectivenessChange LeadershipIf you're passionate about creating learning experiences that drive behavior change and leadership growth, we'd love to hear from you.
