Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Engineering manager – IT leads software engineering capability teams within GEBS, with end‑to‑end accountability for people leadership, delivery outcomes, and engineering excellence. This role builds high‑performing teams, embeds strong engineering and delivery practices, and ensures predictable, high‑quality technology solutions that support business priorities.

The position requires a balance of technical depth, people leadership, stakeholder partnership, and disciplined execution expected of an enterprise IT team manager.
