Annual Salary: Market rate and negotiable for the right candidate ($160K - $170K + Super range)

Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 15 - 20 people and support a production team of 40 - 50 working across 3 shifts, over 6 days.

Ideally, you will have great organisational skills, team leading, people skills, a hands-on attitude / working style, high mechanical aptitude and continuous improvement mindset are essential for this role.

Ideally, you will have a solid background and work experience in the metals manufacturing field or in an industry with a similar manufacturing process to metals (heating & cooling) which will help with understanding the current equipment they have (furnaces) and how to continuously improve the factory to support production & sales.
