Job Title Engineering Manager Location Qatar (ONSITE) Experience 15+ Years Job Type Full-Time Industry Construction | Engineering | Oil & Gas | Infrastructure | EPC Projects Job Brief We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering and construction activities on major projects in Qatar.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value developments, manage diverse engineering teams, and contribute to projects that shape the future of the region. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and extensive experience in delivering complex civil, structural, and mechanical engineering projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Responsibilities Lead engineering activities for major capital and infrastructure projects. Manage and coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Ensure project execution aligns with approved designs, specifications, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders. Oversee engineering reviews, technical approvals, and project documentation.

Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges effectively. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project

requirements. Support project planning, risk management, and resource allocation activities. Drive collaboration between engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain strong communication with senior management and project stakeholders.

Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or related discipline). Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in engineering and construction projects. At least 8 years of experience as a Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineer on major capital projects valued above QAR 100 Million. Minimum 10 years of experience working in the Arabian Gulf region.

Proven experience in the design and construction of buildings located near coastal environments. Strong experience in multidisciplinary engineering coordination and project delivery. Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects. Experience working to high industry and client standards within major infrastructure or energy projects. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
