The practice is known for its practical, commercially focused approach, with an emphasis on clear communication, transparency and achieving outcomes aligned with client objectives. The role and team This is a newly created position working closely with a Partner on a predominantly litigation focused practice.

You will be involved in a broad range of commercial disputes including shareholder and oppression claims, director duties matters, fraud allegations, insolvency and winding up proceedings, debt recovery, property disputes and building and construction matters. Alongside the litigation work, there will be exposure to commercial law matters including business sales and purchases, security agreements and leasing.

You will manage matters with a high degree of autonomy within a small, established team that places a strong emphasis on technical quality, accuracy and client service. au for a confidential discussion. au.
