Overview The Associate Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of GIS-related projects.

This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives are met, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Lead GIS developers, analysts, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Prepare and present project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in GIS development and implementation. Oversee resource allocation and task prioritization for project teams. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

12–16 years of experience in project management, with a focus on GIS or IT-related projects. Extensive experience with Esri technologies (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online).
