Senior Depositary Team Manager, Assistant Vice President

Job Description\n Who we are looking for\n We are looking for an experienced Senior Depositary Team Manager for Assistant Vice President (AVP) role to join our Depositary team, reporting directly to a VP. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership position within a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment.

The successful candidate will provide oversight across Depositary activities, support the delivery of high-quality client service, drive process improvements, and contribute to the strategic development of the function.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of Depositary obligations, proven people management capabilities, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders The Depositary function plays a critical role in safeguarding investor interests and ensuring funds operate in compliance with applicable regulatory

requirements. As Senior Depositary Team Manager, you will contribute to the effective oversight of fund structures, service providers and operational processes while helping to shape the future direction of the Depositary business. You will be expected to lead teams, manage risk, support regulatory initiatives and ensure the delivery of a consistently high-quality service to clients.
