Position Summary\n The Financial Controller will play a critical leadership role within the Finance function, providing strategic financial direction, governance and operational control across EM3’s international business.

\n This role requires a commercially minded finance professional capable of supporting rapid business growth, driving process improvement, enhancing financial visibility, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. The Financial Controller will work closely with senior leadership, operational teams and international stakeholders to optimise financial performance and ensure robust financial controls across the business.

Responsibilities\n \n Lead and manage the day-to-day finance operations of the organisation.\n Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting.\n Develop and maintain a robust financial control framework across all business activities.\n Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls.\n Support the CFO in shaping financial strategy and long-term business planning.\n Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, taxation, and corporate governance

\n Support ESG and sustainability reporting

requirements where applicable.\n Systems & Process Improvement\n \n Drive optimisation of ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.\n Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and process efficiency.\n Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to improve business visibility and decision‑making.\n Promote data-driven financial management across the organisation.\n Education & Professional

Qualifications\n \n Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.\n Fully qualified professional accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).\n Membership of a recognised professional accounting body.\n Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.\n Additional

qualifications in Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, or Business Analytics.\n Certification in ERP, Business Intelligence, or Process Improvement methodologies.\n Experience
