About the Role:\n As a Farm Manager you will be responsible for daily operate of multiple poultry houses to meet production standards and quality expectations. \n We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for poultry farming, strong attention to detail and the ability to lead by example.

What you will do:\n \n Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations\n Always oversee bird welfare and biosecurity standards\n Keep accurate farm and flock records in line with Red Tractor Scheme
