Talent Manager (Esport or Agency )

Source and manage gaming talents, influencers, streamers, cosplayers, and KOLs for esports and gaming-related projects. Negotiate talent rates, deliverables, and usage rights within approved budgets. Coordinate talent schedules, appearances, rehearsals, and event timelines. Prepare and conduct talent briefings before campaigns and events.

Planning talent hospitality and on-ground support during event days, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and backstage coordination. Maintain strong relationships with agencies, managements, and independent creators within the gaming ecosystem. Work closely with internal teams to align talent deliverables with campaign objectives. Ensure smooth execution of talent-related activities from pre-production to post-event reporting.

Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, esports, gaming, or the entertainment industry. Strong network of gaming creators, streamers, esports personalities, cosplay communities, and KOL agencies. Experience handling talent negotiations, scheduling, and event coordination. Strong understanding of esports and gaming culture, trends, and communities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and event days. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience managing on-ground talent operations and hospitality is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 167 - 312.
