Talent Acquisition

Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately and confidentially. Support the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding administration. Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, memos, warnings, and certificates. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Support HR programs such as training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities. Ensure HR administrative processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Handle general HR inquiries from employees and provide administrative support to the HR team. Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR ManagerQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, Management or related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently. Strong ownership and service mindset.
