Own the creative direction for photo & video production outputs. Translate approved concepts into production-ready direction (visual mood, style, references). Create and approve moodboards, shotlists, and production guidelines. Direct photo & video shoots to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment. Guide photographers, videographers, talents, and crews during production. Ensure lighting, framing, styling, and visual storytelling meet Qoar standards.
Review and quality-control raw and edited photo/video outputs. Align closely with project leads (SMS / PMS) on production needs and timelines. Ensure production deliverables match the approved concept and client promise. Maintain and improve visual production standards across projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 120 - 320.
