E-commerce Specialist

Hiring the right E-commerce talent is becoming more important as online business operations continue to grow more complex. For us, an E-Commerce Specialist is not only responsible for managing marketplace stores, but also plays an important role in campaign execution, livestream coordination, affiliate or creator collaboration, and daily performance monitoring.

We are currently still looking for 2 E-Commerce Specialists to join PT Meta Salaman Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Meta Inertia Indonesia. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with marketplace platforms, are detail-oriented, and can execute tasks quickly while still paying attention to data and performance. Responsibilities:Manage daily operations for assigned brands across e-commerce platforms. Handle product listings, campaign participation, and inventory coordination. Coordinate livestream activities and track performance. Manage affiliate and creator collaborations. Monitor GMV, conversion rate, campaign performance, and creator performance. Collaborate with content, design, customer service, and other internal teams.

Requirements:1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred. Familiar with store operations, livestream coordination, affiliate programs, and campaign management. Strong execution ability and attention to detail. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. Able to communicate and work independently in English.
