E-Commerce Operations Project Owner

Define project priorities and execution plans. Build ownership and accountability within the team. Drive project growth and business performance. Business & Growth Management Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute growth strategies. Monitor key metrics including GMV, profitability, conversion, and customer acquisition. Conduct experiments and continuously improve business performance.

Affiliate & Content Growth Build and manage affiliate and creator partnerships. Develop content and creator growth strategies. Scale winning content and growth initiatives. Collaborate with creators to drive business results. E-Commerce Operations Manage daily operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms. Optimize assortment, campaigns, pricing, and store performance. Ensure operational excellence and execution quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance on reporting, planning, and profitability analysis. Work with HR on team planning, hiring, and capability development. Coordinate project resources and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements Must Have 2-5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, Growth, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of e-commerce operations. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Good communication skills in English. Strong execution ability and attention to detail. Preferred Experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee. Experience in Affiliate or Creator Management.

Experience in performance marketing or paid advertising. Experience leading projects or small teams. Familiarity with AI tools and automation. We Are NOT Looking For Someone who only follows SOPs.
