Responsibilities Assess and review new and existing incoming loan applications based on internal SOP and credit policy, ensuring timely and accurate credit decisions within daily pipeline targets. Conduct end-to-end KYC and due diligence reviews, including verification of customer identity, documentation authenticity, and cross‑checking declared borrower information through phone or live video call verification.

Read and summarize SLIK/credit bureau reports, company financial statements, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets as part of the credit assessment process. Identify, analyze, and report potential fraud or scam patterns, both existing and emerging, to the supervisor, along with recommendations based on review findings. Ensure full adherence to internal credit policies, OJK/POJK regulatory

requirements, and applicable compliance standards throughout the review process. Work independently and collaboratively within the team to consistently meet and exceed established KPIs, quality performance indicators, and daily review targets. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to assigned projects related to credit process optimization.

Requirements Experience & Background Minimum S1 degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in credit underwriting or risk management within multifinance, commercial/SME banking, or fintech P2P lending is a plus. Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of productive and non‑productive loan categories, including secured and unsecured facilities.

Familiarity with SLIK/iDEB credit bureau reporting and how to interpret credit history data. Experience conducting phone verification or live video call borrower verification. Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL or Python for data querying and analysis (preferred). Comfortable working with loan origination systems and internal credit tools. Soft Skills Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English. Ability to manage personal workload, prioritize tasks, and perform consistently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 89 - 134.
