Business Representative

Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development. Experience in Plastic Packaging or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of plastic packaging products and processes, particularly In-Mold Labeling (IML). Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Able to identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts. Target-oriented, proactive, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips.

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify and acquire new business opportunities and potential customers. Understand customer

requirements and provide suitable plastic packaging solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, samples, and customer trials. Conduct product presentations and business discussions with customers. Coordinate with Production, PPIC, QC, Engineering, and other related departments to fulfill customer

requirements. Monitor customer accounts, sales opportunities, and order progress. Prepare regular sales activity and customer development reports. Achieve sales targets set by the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 180 - 360.
