A new restaurant opening in 2027 is seeking a Service Team Leader with strong fine-dining experience, polished service skills and the ambition to grow. We are looking for a hands-on professional who takes ownership of the guest experience, supports colleagues and delivers consistently high standards under pressure. Candidates with more extensive experience and proven leadership ability will be considered for Senior Service Team Leader.

Key responsibilitiesLead an assigned dining section, ensuring attentive, personalised and well-paced servicePresent menus confidently and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendationsAnticipate guest needs and communicate preferences, dietary
