We provide standalone tax advisory and transactional tax support for mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, financings, real estate and investment funds, as well as dispute resolution and transfer pricing services. m. , Monday to Friday. Technical AbilityGood working knowledge of UAE tax principles and cross‑border transactions involving the UAE.
