KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Monitor and drive the efficient and effective running of daily practice operations Drive optimal patient experience Oversee dental assistants 50% clinical assistance and 50% administrative role REQUIRED EDUCATION Degree Qualification in Dental or Nursing with UAE license or eligibility as Dental Assistant or RN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 2 Years dental practice administration and clinical experience Organization skills Knowledge in JCIA Supervisory and leadership experience Computer skills in excel REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE All applicants will be considered with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
