Chef de Partie - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a prime opportunity to work in an elegant and fast‑paced environment where quality, creativity, and excellence in culinary arts are highly valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to discerning guests while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu standards and hotel guidelines. Ensure consistency, quality, and timely completion of all food items from your station. Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning and development. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen stations.

Manage inventory and control food wastage to optimize the kitchen's efficiency. Comply with all health and safety regulations and hotel standards.

Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment. Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred. Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Attention to detail and passion for delivering quality culinary experiences.

Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Must be currently in UAE
