F&B Captain 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is actively seeking a professional and experienced F&B Captain to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience. This position requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to high service standards.

Responsibilities Lead and supervise the F&B service team to maintain impeccable standards. Provide outstanding guest service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs. Ensure all dining areas are prepared, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Assist in training new staff members and support continuous team development. Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure timely service and accuracy.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control processes. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar F&B Captain role within a 5-star luxury hotel setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and protocols. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
