Waiter/Waitress - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is seeking experienced and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join the team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an elegant environment delivering impeccable food and beverage service to discerning guests. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.

You will work closely with the culinary and service teams to maintain the highest standards of service etiquette and guest satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanorPresent menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes, daily specials, and beverage selectionsTake and deliver accurate food and drink orders promptlyEnsure proper table settings and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areaRespond promptly and courteously to guest requests and feedbackCollaborate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to optimize service flowHandle billing and payments accuratelyAdhere strictly to health, hygiene, and safety standardsQualificationsProven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-Star luxury hotel or fine dining settingExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquetteAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAttention to detail with a polished and professional appearanceFlexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidaysRelevant hospitality certifications or training is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plusMust be currently in UAE #J-18808-Ljbffr.
