Job Description Participate in the business analysis team to analyze, propose, and implement solutions for new systems and current applications.

Collect and analyze business

requirements from departments and divisions. Prepare project-related documents such as business requirement specifications, functional

requirements, function descriptions, and system

requirements, or other documents assigned by the project. Distribute requirement documents to the system development team. Verify the developed software based on the analysis and design specifications. Participate in user training, user guidance, and system acceptance. Research, analyze, and propose technology solutions to apply and deploy software projects. Analyze risks related to software applications and databases and propose corrective solutions if any.

Contribute ideas and initiatives for improving software applications and technology solutions. Report to and take responsibility for work assigned by the Department Head/Project Manager. Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head. Candidate

Requirements Experience: Experience in analyzing and designing software that supports business operations and enterprise management. Experience in software system integration and implementation. Experience with system integration, external system interfaces, middleware-based application development, data warehousing, and data mining. Knowledge of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and EA (Enterprise Architecture). Experience in software application design and development.

Skills: Strong time and task management skills. Good presentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team. Ability to handle high workloads and pressure. Creative thinking, self-learning ability, and quick adaptation to new technologies. English is command. Job
