The ideal candidate will have strong experience drafting and managing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other formal agreements, along with experience coordinating with legal, privacy/security, finance, procurement, and business stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and coordinate MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreementsWork with legal, privacy/security, finance, procurement, and business teamsEnsure required information and documentation are complete and properly organizedDevelop and maintain agreement and contract repositoriesMaintain documentation using Microsoft SharePointSupport Health IT programs involving interoperability and information exchangeSupport documentation associated with Medicaid and federal funding processesRequired Qualifications7+ years of relevant professional experienceExtensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and agreementsStrong technical, business, and contract-writing skillsExperience maintaining organized document repositories in SharePointStrong stakeholder coordination and documentation-management experienceHighly Desired5+ years of experience/familiarity with legal, privacy/security, finance, and procurement processesHealth IT experienceExperience with Health Information Exchange (HIE) or healthcare interoperability3+ years of experience/familiarity with Medicaid Advance Planning Documents (APDs) or other federal funding processesState government or public-sector experienceCandidate
