AI Solutions Architect Direct Placement | Legal Industry Position Overview This is a new, high‑impact role created by a recently appointed CIO to accelerate how the organization applies AI, data, and automation across the business. The team is hiring two AI Solutions Engineers to serve as trusted technical partners to senior leaders and practice groups. The AI Solutions Engineer sits at the intersection of strategy, solution design, and hands‑on execution.

This role is ideal for someone who can diagnose ambiguous business problems, shape them into clear technical approaches, and prototype and guide delivery—even when execution is shared with specialized teams. Success in this role requires enterprise‑scale experience, strong stakeholder presence, and a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into realistic, production‑ready AI solutions.

This is not a traditional consulting role, nor a pure engineering or data science position. It is a high‑visibility, high‑trust role for someone who can both think strategically and be hands on.

Why This Role Exists Newly created by a forward‑leaning CIO with a background in financial services Designed to push beyond experimentation and into repeatable, scalable AI patterns The organization is still shaping how this role operates, offering significant influence and ownership The CIO values doers, not slide‑deck consultants—execution credibility matters
