Senior Data Analyst

Randstad is seeking a strategic, business-minded Senior Data Analyst on behalf of a premier gaming manufacturer. In this position, the analyst will drive operational excellence by tracking inventory turnover, optimizing asset valuations, and streamlining global supply chain logistics.

By analyzing part demand, shipping routes, and secondary market datasets, the analyst will bridge the gap between supply chain management and commercial strategy to maximize resale margins and uncover key business insights. This is a full-time, in-office position based at the corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. Compensation: $85K - $100K+

Responsibilities:Build advanced data models to track inventory velocity, aging assets, and turnover rates across global warehouse facilities, mitigating overstock risks and surfacing high-demand equipment trends. Analyze freight rates, refurbishment costs, and global routing to optimize gross margins and operational efficiency for domestic and international shipments.

Track buyer and seller behavior across sales platforms to identify transactional trends, high-performing gaming machine lines, and emerging regional market demands. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Purchasing teams to deliver data-driven recommendations on trade-in valuations, equipment pricing, and bulk inventory acquisitions.

Ensure all data collection, pipeline aggregation, and performance reporting adhere strictly to gaming industry regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks. Design, deploy, and maintain self-service BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and executive reporting suites to communicate operational performance metrics to key decision-makers.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree paired with 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing complex operational, inventory, logistics, or commercial B2B datasets. Advanced SQL capabilities with demonstrated expertise in extracting, cleaning, and modeling data, reconciling multi-system ERP datasets, and optimizing queries for high-volume transactions.

Strong working knowledge of AI-assisted analytical tools and automation workflows, alongside conduct predictive modeling, and accelerate data pipelines. Proven track record of designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade, interactive dashboards and automated KPI suites in Power BI or Tableau.

Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with a proven ability to bridge technical data architectures and business needs translating complex operational trends into actionable commercial strategies for sales, warehouse leadership, and executive stakeholders. 000000.
