Your new role As a Service Delivery Administrator, you will provide a high-quality, customer-focused administrative service to support operational and business functions. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will be at the heart of the team, ensuring key processes run

responsibilities will include:Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and providing minute-taking supportMaintaining electronic and paper records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentialityActing as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersSupporting financial processes including procurement, expenses and stock controlUpdating systems (including staff rotas, leave and operational data)Preparing reports, presentations and official documentationSupporting HR-related administration such as attendance management and personnel recordsAssisting with project work and continuous improvement of administrative processesThis role requires excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a busy environment.
