Responsibilities:Processing and managing online orders from multiple sales channelsResponding promptly to customer enquiries via email, web chat and telephonePreparing quotations and following up opportunities where appropriateUpdating customers on order progress, deliveries and product availabilityResolving customer queries professionally and efficientlyLiaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilmentMaintaining accurate customer and order recordsAdding new products, images and content to company websites and online marketplacesAssisting with the optimisation and day-to-day management of e-commerce platformsSupporting the wider sales team in identifying opportunities to grow online sales Desirable:Experience using eBay, Amazon, Shopify or other e-commerce platformsExperience maintaining product listings or website contentPrevious experience within an industrial, engineering or technical products environment What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.
