We have been providing postal solutions to business in Northern Ireland since 1990. We have a fleet of over 20 vans collecting mail / making deliveries across NI each day and operate a mailing facility at our depot in Belfast. We employ over 70 staff and seek a day time Manager to work with us at our depot in the Titanic Quarter.
You will need a driving licence and have a strong interest in Logistics/ Fleet management and maintenance (tracking MOT, service schedules, and managing sudden repairs to avoid downtime), and have skills in Staff Management (Preparing rotas, managing absence, performance reviews and training). There are also some
responsibilities to help with managing warehousing and production staff. Reporting to our Group Operations Manager youll be responsible for ensuring that high standards are maintained across the fleet and production teams, helping to drive efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring our customers consistently receive a reliable service. You will be a key point of contact for fleet and production staff and must maintain a culture committed to safety and compliance.
