Responsibilities Perform performance testing and reliability verification of R&D prototypes. Develop comprehensive test plans, build test environments and conduct optical, electrical, motion accuracy and environmental testing. Conduct index verification and calibration of die test equipment, ensuring accuracy, repeatability and testing efficiency. Analyse test data, prepare technical reports and identify performance bottlenecks or design defects.

Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot issues and drive product optimisation. Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Establish product testing specifications, standards and procedures. Support the Malaysia team in developing mass production testing procedures, specifications and SOPs. Job

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Optoelectronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Measurement & Control Technology or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in testing and verification of optical components or semiconductor equipment. Familiarity with optical communication testing instruments and statistical data analysis. Ability to independently develop test plans and test cases. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.

Proficiency in written and spoken English for technical communication. Added Advantages: Experience developing automated testing systems. Knowledge of Python or MATLAB scripting.
